After years on the campaign trail—managing races, working with state parties, and driving change the best way we knew how—we transitioned to more stable 9-to-5 jobs in renewable energy development and public policy. But our passion for politics never faded. As we stepped back, we saw a clear need in the progressive ecosystem: access to affordable, effective help for downballot candidates. Political consulting firms may want to help smaller, local races, but because they need to make a living, they usually end up working on bigger races with larger budgets. That's why we're here.
